Sweet potato

Sugar, like carrots, is rich in beta-carotene. This means that they are also the best source of vitamin A. Regular use of sugar cane is also beneficial for improving eyesight and eye health.

Sour fruit

Cannabis, seasonal grapes, grapefruit, and other sour fruits are rich in vitamin C, the most important ingredient in boosting the immune system. They also contain flavonoids that protect the eyes from dangerous diseases such as cataracts.

Green vegetables

All green vegetables, including green cabbage, spinach, and lettuce, contain essential ingredients in protecting against various eye diseases.

Dairy products

Dairy products are rich in vitamin A and other compounds, good for overall health and vision. Zinc is also found in milk and yogurt, which is an important mineral and is very good for the body and the eyes.

Zinc deficiency can lead to night blindness, so make regular use of milk and its products.

Eggs

Eggs, especially yolks, are also rich in zinc, which keeps the eyes healthy and helps prevent them from getting damaged. So make eggs a part of your daily diet.

Fish

The use of fish is considered to be very beneficial for the eyes. Fish contains omega-3 fatty acids, preventing dry eyes and improving vision by protecting the eyelids from damage.
