According to a foreign media report, the Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of Russia, Alexander Venediktov, said in a statement that Ukraine’s accession to NATO could lead to World War III.
He bluntly said that Kyiv knew very well that such a move would surely lead to a world war.
Alexander Venediktov said that perhaps that is what they want, the West proved by helping Ukraine that it has become a direct party to the conflict.

It should be noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin held a ceremony a few weeks ago to officially make four regions of Ukraine part of him.
Later, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukraine’s membership in the NATO military alliance should be accelerated.
Meanwhile, the resolution condemning Russia on the war in Ukraine was approved by a large majority in the United Nations, 35 countries including Pakistan and China did not participate in the voting.
