ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has proposed to the President to dissolve the Assemblies.
According to details, in the National Assembly session, the Deputy Speaker, while rolling against the no-confidence motion against the Prime Minister, rejected it. Dissolution proposal sent.
Imran Khan said, “I congratulate the nation on the rejection of the no-confidence motion. The no-confidence motion against me was a foreign agenda. I want to send a message to the people not to panic.”
He said that since yesterday so many people were giving message that they were worried about what was happening, the nation would not allow such conspiracy to succeed, the speaker has decided using his power.
The Prime Minister said, “I have suggested to President Arif Alvi to dissolve the Assemblies. I ask the people to prepare for the elections. Now it is up to the people to decide what your future will be.”
He said, “I thank Allah that the conspiracy to overthrow the elected government has failed today. The assemblies will be dissolved after the President gets the proposal. I ask the opposition to do good to the poor instead of buying members.”
