According to research published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, people who drink 1 to 8 cups of coffee a day can reduce their risk of sudden death by up to 20%.

Research has shown that this depends on how well a person’s body can absorb caffeine; however, those whose body absorbs less or less caffeine may also enjoy all the benefits of coffee.

An earlier study had suggested that taking a nap with a coffee drink would increase your alertness and make you feel more alert.

Experts call it “nap-chino,” they say that just taking a nap, that is, sleeping for a while or just drinking coffee, is not enough to get rid of drowsiness and drowsiness.

If you use both at the same time, you can get double the benefits. For example, a 20-minute nap after drinking coffee will make you more alert than before.
