TLDR: The NCOC has decided to relax restrictions in areas with high vaccination rates in Punjab under the Reach Every Door Vaccination Campaign.

According to the notification, everyday life has been fully restored in the areas with more than 55% vaccinated rates.

Cities with more than 55% vaccination rates include Mandi Bahauddin, Narowal, Jhelum, Rawalpindi, Mianwali, Dera Ghazi Khan, Hafizabad, and Lodhran, where social activities, dining, wedding ceremonies, business and office hours, sports, gym, Cinemas, and religious traditions will also be held as usual.

In these areas, intra-city transport will run with 100 percent capacity, trains will run with 100 percent capacity, controlled tourism with fully vaccinated persons will be allowed, and educational institutions will be open with 100 percent number during regular hours. Will stay

According to the NCOC, restrictions will be imposed in areas with a 45 to 55% vaccination rate, said Secretary Imran Sikandar Baloch. Okara, Vehari, Rahim Yar Khan, Sheikhupura, Attock, Khushab, Layyah, Toba Tek Singh, Bhakkar, Khanewal, Pakpattan, Rajanpur, Muzaffargarh, and Chiniot.

All business activities in these areas will continue till 10 pm; indoor events will be allowed with a capacity of 500 people; outdoor events will be permitted with a total of 1000 people.

Indoor dining will continue till 11:59 pm with 70% capacity, while outdoor dining will continue till 11:59 pm with 100% capacity. Outdoor celebrations will continue till 11:59 pm with a total of 1000 persons.

Cinemas, offices, shrines, and gyms will be open as usual for fully vaccinated people; all amusement parks, pools, and parks will be available with 70% coverage.

Notable restrictions have also been issued in areas with less than 45% vaccination rates, including Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Jhang, Kasur, Nankana Sahib, and Sahiwal, where all business activities will be open till 10 pm. ۔

Indoor events with a capacity of 300 people, outdoor events with a total of 500 people, indoor dining with 50% capacity, and outdoor dining with 100% capacity will continue at 11:59 pm.

Cinemas, gyms, and shrines will be open as usual for fully vaccinated people. All recreational areas, pools, and parks will be available with 50% coverage. In addition, all public and private offices and educational institutions will be open during regular hours.

Secretary Imran Sikandar Baloch states that the inbound passenger policy will remain in force throughout the province; refreshments will be allowed on domestic flights, while a comprehensive plan has been made to fully vaccinate all persons above 12 years of age, as per government orders. Only vaccinated people will be accommodated at public service stations.

He said that Mandi Bahauddin, Narowal, Jhelum, Rawalpindi, Mianwali, Dera Ghazi Khan, Hafizabad, and Lodhran had shown excellent performance in the vaccination campaign, and other districts should also improve their performance.
