According to the details, a five-member bench headed by Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja in the Election Commission heard the Tosha Khana reference against former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The Election Commission declared the former Prime Minister Imran Khan ineligible while pronouncing the Toshah Khana reference decision.
The Election Commission bench decided that Imran Khan was guilty of corrupt practices, and the seat of Imran Khan in the National Assembly is declared vacant.

In his reply submitted to the Election Commission, Imran Khan had taken a stand that the reference was under the jurisdiction of the Election Commission and could not be heard there.
Later, the Election Commission reserved its decision on the Tosha Khana reference on September 19.
