He said that the shutdown of gas in general industries would increase unemployment and lead to a sharp rise in inflation due to a shortage of essential commodities in the markets.
FB Area Industrial Association President Haroon Shamsi said that exporters do not have processing units. They need local industries, the gas supply cut off will not be able to complete export orders on time, Haroon Shamsi said. According to him, not meeting the export orders on time is unsuitable for the national economy. The government will be responsible for the impact of such decisions on the national economy.
