According to the details, the meeting of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) will be held in Paris from October 20.
Sources in the Ministry of Finance have said that Pakistan will be considered for removal from the gray list in the meeting.
Sources say that Pakistan has completed all the goals to get out of the gray list, along with the FATF, and the goals of the United Nations have also been achieved.
The Ministry of Finance has said that parties banned by the United Nations have been banned, as per the UN list of banned parties and officials have been banned.
According to sources, the latest legislation was enacted to eradicate money laundering, documenting gold, jewelry, and property transactions on FATF terms.
Sources say that FATF President Rajakumar will hold a news conference on October 21. In the news conference, the removal of Pakistan from the gray list may be announced.
