By-elections: PTI won 6 out of 8 National Assembly seats

TLDR:Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf won 6 National Assembly seats and 2 provincial seats in the by-elections held in 8 National Assembly seats and 3 Punjab Assembly seats.

According to the details, the polling for the by-elections started at 8 am and continued till 5 pm. The doors of the stations were closed when the polling time was over. The number of registered voters in the by-election constituencies is more than 44 lakh. In these constituencies, the candidates of PTI and the 13-party government alliance face each other. Chairman PTI Imran Khan is a candidate for 7 out of 8 constituencies of the National Assembly. According to the unofficial results, the results of all 327 polling stations of NA-22 Mardan have been received, in which the Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has come first with 76,681 votes. Maulana Muhammad Qasim of JUI came second with 68 thousand 181 votes. According to the unofficial and non-final results of all 384 polling stations of NA-24, Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan won with 78,589 votes. At the same time, his opponent Amael Wali Khan of the Awami National Party was second with 68,356 votes.
