According to media reports, 42-year-old Kamal Kishor Mandal worked as a peon for 20 years at ‘Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University in the state of Bihar. He started the job in 2003 due to financial problems after graduating from political science.
After seeing the students at the university, he became interested in continuing his studies. Kamal Kishor applied to the university administration and got admission to a master.
He continued his studies with a job and then enrolled in a Ph.D. Kamal Kishore cleared the NET test after receiving his Ph.D. degree.
Kamal Kishore applied for the post of assistant professor at the university in 2020 and got the job this year.
Now Kamal Kishore, who has been taking care of students for 20 years in the university, is teaching them.
