Research has shown that people who use the Blackcurrant in any form daily can melt fat after a month of exercise.
According to a study conducted at John Morris University in Liverpool, the addition of pure Blackcurrant juice to the daily diet melts as much fat as it does with four weeks of daily exercise.
If Blackcurrant is eaten twice a day continuously for a week, it increases the fat melting process, which burns up to 77% of the fat in a week, whereas the rate of fat melting of one person in the study was up to 55%.
